Everything you need to know before your stay at Grays Avenue Hotel.
- For rooms accommodating more than two persons, $15 per person per night will be added.
- Rate does not include state and local taxes.
- Check-in is 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM unless otherwise pre-arranged.
- Payment by cash or check is preferred; however, we accept MC, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
- A deposit of one night's stay may be taken to hold your reservation.
- Cancellations before 7 days of arrival are charged a $25 processing fee; 7 days or less, we must keep the deposit unless we can re-rent the room.
- Children: because of the retreat-style atmosphere, antique furnishings and lack of appropriate entertainment, we are unable to properly accommodate children under 10.
- There is no smoking anywhere inside the inn. There is a comfortable outside area for those needing it.
- Pets: unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. We love them and have a wonderful Old English Sheepdog "Bailey" that has rare and limited common-area access and does not go into guest rooms.
