Grays Avenue Hotel is a short drive from the Air Force Academy and Colorado College. Driving directions listed below are from both Denver Air Port (about 25 miles North of the Air Force Academy) and the Colorado Springs Air Port (15 minutes from Colorado College). Whatever your pleasure, the Grays Avenue Hotel's location make it easy for you to enjoy your stay.

From Denver International Air Port

Take 470 toll express south, exit on I-25 South towards Colorado Springs, take exit #141 (hwy. 24) westbound for 4 miles to Manitou Ave. exit and bare to the right, go 1.5 mile we will be on your left, Stage Coach Inn restaurant will be on your right.

From Colorado Springs Air Port

I-25 to exit #141 (hwy. 24) westbound for 4 miles to Manitou Ave. exit and bare to the right, go 1.5 miles we will be on your left, Stage Coach Inn restaurant will be on your right.

Parking!

We regrettably have no private parking but plenty of street parking. We have two entrances, front entrance on Manitou Ave. has a max. 3 hour street parking and is fine for check in but don't bring your luggage in there as we have a grand 32 Steps to the door. Better for unloading, rear entrance on Duclo Ave. has no time limit on parking and a comfortable 8 steps up to the door. To get to Duclo go past the inn one block to Otoe Place take a left up hill to Duclo left and we are on left towards the end.

Whether you're coming from Denver, the Denver Air Port, Colorado Springs or the Colorado Springs Air Port, we are only a few minutes to 1 1/2 hours max. And, we're close to Colorado College, the Air Force Academy and many other attractions and outdoor activities.
